Troubleshooting Steps for Android Users:
1️⃣ Clear App Cache
- Open Settings on your device.
- Tap Apps & Notifications (or Apps on some devices).
- Locate and tap MyWell App (If not visible, tap See all apps or App info).
- Tap Storage > Clear Cache (If you don’t see "Clear Cache," tap Manage Space).
2️⃣ Clear App Data
- Open Settings on your device.
- Tap Apps & Notifications (or Apps).
- Locate and tap MyWell App.
- Tap Storage > Clear Data (If you don’t see "Clear Data," tap Manage Space).
3️⃣ Uninstall & Reinstall the App
- Uninstall MyWell App from your device.
- Restart your device.
- Reinstall MyWell App from the Google Play Store.
